After the conceptual design is complete, the drawings are submitted to the city for a zoning certificate. Once approved, the drawings are reviewed by an engineer, and all structural specifications are detailed. During this time, a start date is agreed upon for construction.

Once the start date is established, LaneBuild’s project planning and detailed organization unfolds. This includes a critical path to keep everyone on schedule.

There will be surprises and challenges along the way. However, with the right foresight and critical problem-solving skills, these events can be tackled efficiently without threatening the overall budget and schedule.
