Hard Cost (Construction Costs) May Include

  4. Framing

Keep in mind, not all builders are created equal. Profit off the builder is the only part you can negotiate, so our recommendation is to find a builder who has an 8-10% profit margin. Keep in mind, if they are willing to drop their profit too much that could threaten their business’ longevity and the security of your warranty.
